Welcome to Focus Cat: Task Timer & Goal . Your privacy is our top priority. This app is designed to be a "Privacy-First" tool for the ADHD community.

We believe your data belongs to you. The Decider (GuardianCat) does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information.

• We do not collect your name, email, or contact information.
• We do not track your location.
• We do not use any third-party analytics (e.g., Firebase, Flurry, or Google Analytics).

2. In-App Purchases

All In-App Purchases (IAP) are processed securely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your credit card details or billing information. Your purchase history is only used to unlock premium features (Cat colors and themes) on your devices via your Apple ID.

3. Data Storage

All your settings, such as selected cat colors and theme preferences, are stored locally on your device or within your private iCloud storage (if enabled). This data is never sent to our servers.

4. Third-Party Services

The app does not contain any advertisements or third-party SDKs that track your behavior. It is a clean, safe environment for you to focus.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
