Privacy Policy

Welcome to AlphaRadar ("the App"). AlphaRadar helps you track which ETFs are buying or selling specific stocks, by monitoring publicly disclosed holdings data from actively managed ETFs. We are committed to protecting your privacy, and this policy explains what information the App handles and how.

1. No Account Required, No Personal Data Collected

AlphaRadar does not require you to create an account, log in, or provide any personal details to use the App:

• Personally Identifiable Information (PII): We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any information that identifies you as an individual.
• No Financial Account Access: The App does not connect to your brokerage account, bank account, or any real financial holdings of your own. All ETF and stock data shown in the App comes from publicly disclosed fund holdings, not from you.

2. Data Stored On Your Device

Some information is created by you within the App and stays on your device:

• Watchlist: The stock tickers you add to your Watchlist are stored locally on your device. This list is not transmitted to us or linked to your identity.
• App Preferences: Settings such as text size, light/dark mode, and your selected time-range view are stored locally on your device.

3. Market Data

To show ETF holdings, buy/sell signals, and money-flow rankings, the App retrieves publicly available fund holdings data from our backend service (built on Supabase). This data relates to publicly traded ETFs and companies — it is not personal data about you, and no personal identifiers are sent alongside these requests.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

AlphaRadar offers an optional subscription ("Smart Money Pro") for additional features. All purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store's in-app purchase system (StoreKit):

• We do not receive, process, or store your payment information, such as your credit card number or Apple ID.
• Apple may share limited, non-identifying transaction data with us (such as whether a subscription is active) solely to unlock Pro features within the App.
• Subscription management, billing history, and cancellation are handled entirely within your Apple ID account settings, governed by Apple's own privacy practices.

5. Notifications

If you enable push notifications, your device receives an anonymous device token used only to deliver notifications about ETF activity. This token is not linked to any personal identity.

6. Third-Party Services and Advertising

We do not share, sell, or rent any data to third-party organizations for advertising or marketing purposes. AlphaRadar does not contain third-party advertising SDKs, ad trackers, or behavioral analytics tools.

7. User Control

You have full control over the data stored on your device:

• You can add or remove tickers from your Watchlist at any time within the App.
• Deleting the App removes all locally stored data, including your Watchlist and preferences.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's Settings under your Apple ID.

8. Children's Privacy

AlphaRadar is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App's functionality or legal requirements. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
